Jonathan is an Agent in Halsey Thrasher Harpole’s Residential Division.

Beyond Jonathan’s experience in construction and project management, he has an abundance of experience in the investment property market in Northeast Arkansas. His experience is with single and multi-family residential (duplexes and apartments), and residential development projects. He also assists clients with build-out services in conjunction with the commercial leasing agents at Halsey Thrasher Harpole.

For the past several years, Jonathan’s construction company, ABC General Construction and Halsey Thrasher Harpole, has worked together building commercial real estate throughout Northeast Arkansas. His diverse experience is a real asset to the company.

Jonathan enjoys the new challenges and opportunities each working day brings. He believes the right property with a little bit of renovation work can yield a great return on investment for his clients. He loves solving problems and finding the best solution for his clients. His past clients describe him as dedicated and focused to meet their expectations.

Prior to joining the company, Jonathan graduated in two Masters programs in Executive Leadership and Organizational Performance. He was licensed in Arkansas in October 2014. Jonathan is also a member of NAR-REALTOR and the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys travelling. His current goal is to visit all 50 states, trying new foods and learning something new.

Notable Transactions:

Those that are sold before the sign is in the yard. Jonathan had a house in the Woodland Heights subdivision that he took on trade. The first day he had it listed, an offer was received, accepted, and the property was closed shortly thereafter. The key to this transaction was knowing the market, accurate pricing and a good resource of contacts.
